Shipping Costs

If in stock:

All items will go via Courier Delivery and require a signature on delivery at a cost of £5.49 per 30kg for standard delivery (2-5 working days) and £6.99 for Next Day delivery if your order is received before 12.00.
Free Standard Delivery from £39 and above, up to 30kg; any order over 30kg will cost a subsequent £5.49 per 30kg.

Next Day delivery ordered and dispatched on a Friday will normally be delivered the next working day (Monday)

For Saturday please an extra £12 for delivery.

The following postcodes will incur a surcharge of £6.00. For orders above £39 the normal postage costs will be waived but the surcharge unfortunately remains the same.
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE , Plus Channel Islands

The following postcodes will incur a surcharge of £6.00 for standard delivery and £10.00 for Next Day delivery. For orders above £39 the normal postage costs will be waived but the surcharge unfortunately remains the same.
BT, IM, TR21-25.

In the event of the item being out of stock and overnight delivery has been requested, the difference in cost will be refunded to you and you will be charged standard delivery.

If the delivery address is different to billing address and is not found on the Royal Mail database or a dispute is raised by Protx Secure the item shall be dispatched to the billing address.


If the item is not to your satisfaction you have 21 days to return this item.Items must be returned to us via recorded delivery unless prior agreement with us. As proof of postage may be required in the event that a returned parcel is lost/damaged in post.
If the item is damaged we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.The item must be marked damaged with the courier or refused on delivery.
If the item is ordered in error or to be returned through no fault of Purrfectly Pets a small uplift fee may apply.
Your refund will be credited to your account upon receipt of the goods by Purrfectly Pets.

We do our utmost to keep every product on this site in stock, however occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will do our best to get you the item in question as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock for more than seven days you will be offered the option of a full refund or an alternative item.
