Shipping Costs

If in stock:

Most items will be shipped via Courier Delivery and require a signature on delivery at a cost of £5.99 per 30kg for standard delivery (1-5 working days) 
Free Standard Delivery from £39 and above, up to 30kg; any order over 30kg will cost a subsequent £5.99 per 30kg.

If an item is required urgently please phone 01962 890799 to check accurate delivery time before placing order. Although we do our best occasionally incorrect stock level may occur however if this were the case items would be expected in within 3-5 working days of placing order.

Some smaller items under 2kg in weight may be send via Royal Mail


Certain postcodes may incur a surcharge; see below.

The following postcodes will cost £15 per 30kg. For orders above £39 the normal postage costs will be waived but the surcharge unfortunately remains the same.

If you require a small item or a regular delivery please E-mail us at info@purrfectlypets.co.uk for a more accurate costing.


If the delivery address is different to billing address and is not found on the Royal Mail database or a dispute is raised by Protx Secure the item shall be dispatched to the billing address.

If for any reason you decide you wish to return an item you have 21 days to return this item.Items must be returned to us via recorded delivery unless prior agreement with us. As proof of postage may be required in the event that a returned parcel is lost/damaged in post.

If the item is damaged/faulty we will arrange a collection and replacement/refund at no cost to you.The item must be marked damaged with the courier or refused on delivery. All other returns must be  returned at the expense of the customer. If the item is ordered in error and needs to be returned through no fault of Purrfectly Pets the item can be returned to the following address:

Your refund will be credited to your account upon receipt of the goods by Purrfectly Pets.

Occasionally items are shipped from a separate warehouse if this is to be the case the larger item will be shipped on the requested courier service (ie 24hrs or 3-5 day) but sometimes the smaller extra items may have to follow by First Class Royal Mail.

We do our utmost to keep every product on this site in stock, however occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case, we will do our best to get you the item in question as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock for more than seven days you will be offered the option of a full refund or an alternative item. 

All damages must be reported within 48hrs of delivery.
